Most OHOMEs are installed with people living in the main house. The work happens in the yard, takes about two weeks, and the house itself is untouched. Our team runs water, power and sewer to the OHOME site and installs the foundations: a precision steel frame, with no concrete slab and no waiting for it to cure. No moving out, no months of trades, and nothing for the neighbours to complain about.
While the site is prepared, your OHOME is being built off site, complete. Then it arrives on a truck, is lifted into place by crane and clicks onto the steel frame. Kitchen, bathroom, furniture, technology: all of it is already inside. Connect the services and you can sleep in it that night.
Two weeks is short enough to work around your tenant. Schedule it while they're on holiday, or slot it between tenancies, and the existing lease carries on undisturbed.
